A very pleasant country course, affordable green fees and very nice staff one of which was a very nice yet very unattractive young man by the name of Daniel with obvious hygiene issues (body odour). This course should be a highlight for any North Coast golfing adventure.

Organising a Northern NSW golf weeknd for Brisbanites can be a nightmare when it comes to Saturday play. Mullumbimby GC came to the rescue. Staff were friendly and the course was in fair nick - the greens apparently had just been relaid and were above average for a country course. Some interesting holes, especially on the back nine, made this round of golf enjoyable with a true laid back country feel. And we were back at the Hotel Brunswick in plenty of time for a pot and a punt. We'll certainly play Mullumbimby again next year.

Measures 5965m Par 70 with 5 Par 3s ranging from 130-195m, 10 Par 4s ranging from 275-380m and three Par 5s ranging from 470-500m. Played here on weekend 18/2/06 and paid $20 green fees for 18 holes and $35 electric cartÖit was sweltering hot. I was most impressed that the ìbiggest little town in Australiaî can have such a well maintained course Iím used to seeing in Sydney. Fairways and teebeds were smooth and consistently green, however the greens were a little two-paced.
The front nine is flat and open and offers not too many challenges, however the back nine is the most interesting with water and dogleg tree-lined fairways to keep your round honest. Clubhouse though is very old and needs a redevelopment, but you can not ask for too much at this relaxed course. Nice drive from the beaches, so if in the area and have a spare 3 hours give it a go. Not too many members, so the course is usually open for social players and the value is great!

Wow!! I went to Mullumbimby Golf Course for the 2005 Junior Champs expecting nearly a goat track for a small town course. What I was confronted with was a well designed course, with excellent conditions. Alot of the front 9 is fairly boring and flat, but it offers good holes. The back 9 has some beautiful looking holes, with humps and meandering fairways. Green fees are excellent. I would reccomend this golf course to the begginer and scratch golfer alike.

A relatively flat members course that has enough challenge to warrant you to be on your game. A nice diversion from a holiday at Byron. Characterised by relatively small greens and from memory buffalo grass on the fairways, this is not an expensive round.
If you feel like a day away from the beach, this is not a bad way to do it.
